The JCLaneCo Difference
When JCLaneCo is the mechanical arm of your project, you’re freed up to focus on different matters. We strive to coordinate with the other above-ceiling subs to prevent problems from ever occurring. With initiative and foresight, our proactive approach to the project and attention to detail will give you peace of mind and help your bottom line. We address every customer as if they were the most important one and every project as if our job depended on it—because it does. Truth leads us, and integrity pushes us. We think you’ll notice a difference with JCLaneCo involved in your building project.

Integrity
When anyone joins our team and learns the JCLaneCo approach, a level of trust develops as each person represents our company. Our guys in the field know we take the term quality control seriously. Nothing short of excellence is good enough for our team. Our success is their success, and it works both ways. Our subcontractors and vendors are required to carry the same limits of liability and workers’ comp coverage per JCLaneCo’s contract. Our employees and subs are OSHA trained and go through a JCLaneCo safety orientation.
Our association with vendors proves crucial to the success of getting the right equipment for your project delivered on time.
Thanks to a healthy relationship with our insurance agent and bonding company, JCLaneCo is in position for A-rated bond backing at low competitive rates.
Our team works cohesively to provide the finest end-product we can for our customers. It matters that much because our name is on it, and we believe a good reputation is irreplaceable.
Chris Lane
President
Chris Lane has been in the HVAC business since learning to hang ductwork as a summer job back in his college days. With a BBA in management from Georgia Southern College, he started as an estimator with General Heating & Air Conditioning and later promoted to project manager. As his entrepreneurial spirit awakened, Chris obtained his COMMERCIAL LICENSE, and the 1990s took him into business for himself.
Chris believes in keeping his clientele list short in order to provide personal attention on every job. Some say he’s picky; he prefers to say every detail matters.
Pat Moseley
Superintendent
Pat Moseley has over twenty years of experience in the HVAC field working alongside Chris Lane. A trustworthy and dedicated man with a meticulous attention to detail, Pat brings common sense to the projects, which results in our customers’ satisfaction on the job. Loyalty is a hard-to-find quality and one that does not go unnoticed. Pat and his wife Gina have been married over thirty years and have two grown sons.

Design Build
JCLaneCo thrives in the design-build arena with our knowledge of current technologies, pricing, and the labor market. Through our working relationship with our engineer and vendors, we are able to offer the client a single-source responsibility matrix.
- We provide a single point of accountability, eliminating potential disputes between the design professional and the contractor.
- Our Engineering Team will work with you to identify your objectives, manage contractual details, and evaluate options to maximize energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost validation.
- Lines of communication are simplified, allowing for better engineering, a faster project delivery, and a more reliable mechanical system.
- The project becomes a unified system allowing for early starts on construction and early procurement of critical materials.
- Construction costs are locked in by eliminating the potential for change orders.
- Design-Build saves money and time.
Plan & Specification
With plan and spec projects, JCLaneCo provides a detailed shop-drawing review of system layouts and coordinates between building structures and trades. If we identify any conflicts, we write a Request for Information (RFI) to resolve the issues early in the construction process in order to prevent costly corrective steps.
Design Assist
JCLaneCo maintains great working relationships with our clients and the engineers of record (EOR) for the projects. Working under a Design-Assist approach, our MEP team supports the EORs and architects to ensure that the design development phase runs smoothly and our clients get the best “bang for the buck” on their projects.
